Shweta is a detail-oriented finance professional with more than four years’ experienceacross management accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end processes. Shweta has worked across the healthcare, education, and not- for-profit sectors, including roles at Tend Health, Auckland University of Technology, and YMCA North. Throughout Shweta’s career, she has delivered accurate, timely
financial information that supports informed decision-making, and she has a strong record of strengthening financial controls and improving processes.

Shweta enjoys building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and believes clear communication and collaborative problem-solving are central to good financial management. She brings an analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a practical, hands-on approach to getting things right. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Innovation & Entrepreneurship
from the University of Auckland and is currently completing her CPA qualification.
