Dahee is the Financial Accountant at thePHO. She is a Chartered Accountant and started her career with Health New Zealand in 2017, where she developed strong knowledge of public-sector funding, financial analysis, and healthcare funding models. She has also gained private-sector experience as a Finance Business Partner, strengthening her commercial and business partnering skills.

She brings extensive experience in healthcare finance and a strong understanding of the connection between financial management and the services delivered to communities. At thePHO, she works collaboratively across finance and operational teams, using her experience to provide practical financial guidance and insights to support practices with their funding, payments and financial processes. She is focused on understanding how things operate, solving problems and improving processes to support better decision-making. She takes a practical and collaborative approach to her work, with a focus on building strong relationships across the organisation and helping practices navigate their financial requirements.
