Bethan Rajwer has more than 20 years of experience in medical administration, with the past seven focused on General Practice. As Practice Manager at Takapuna Health, a GP-owned practice on Auckland’s North Shore serving over 7,500 patients, she leads operational management and strategic development.

Bethan’s expertise is in improving efficiency, strengthening practice sustainability, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality care. She served on the Executive Board of the Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand (PMAANZ) from 2019 to 2022, gaining extensive governance and policy experience.

As an establishment Board Member of thePHO, Bethan is committed to advancing a sustainable, prevention-focused primary care system that supports the long-term viability of GP-owned practices.
