Niomi is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in practice management, business operations, and strategic leadership. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for people, financial performance, operational delivery, service development, and organisational growth. She has a strong track record of identifying opportunities, developing practical solutions, and implementing change that improves operational efficiency and organisational performance.

Niomi is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating systems that support sustainable growth while maintaining a strong focus on quality and patient care. She brings a commercially minded yet people-focused approach to leadership, with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.

She has also formally served as an Executive Board Member of PMAANZ, contributing to the profession through governance, education, and the development of practice management and healthcare leadership across New Zealand.
